The Walsrode Industrial Park is situated in the heart of Northern Germany – equidistant from the major cities of Hamburg, Bremen and Hanover and at the intersection of the most important north-south and east-west arterial routes.

Thanks to its immediate proximity to the motorways A7 and A27, the international airports of Hamburg, Hanover and Bremen and the Hamburg and Bremerhaven ports are just a short distance away. The parks own railway system operated by OHE (Osthannoversche Eisenbahnen) ensures the connection to the railway network.
